Project Description:

A complex mix of factors shape who we are.  You are invited to participate in a study that examines two important aspects of identity, gender and sexual orientation, as they may shape our personality, how we think about our bodies, what sort of romantic relationships we form and how people in our day-to-day lives treat us.  We are looking to understand these relationships in a diverse group of people. Thus, if you are gay, straight, asexual or choose to not use a label to describe your sexual orientation; if you are a man, woman, transgender, non-cis gender or find labels to describe your gender identity as too limiting, we hope you will participate.

The aim of this study is to more thoroughly understand the experiences of people who fall along all areas of the identity and sexual orientation spectrums. The online survey will take less than 45 minutes to complete and your participation will be entirely anonymous.

If you are interested in participating in the study please email the project at:

If you are interested in volunteering as a research assistant please email me and complete an RA application.
